Overview:

The Powell Ranger District on the Dixie National Forest is looking for a Wildlife Technician to assist with data collection and species monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • prairie dog trapping and relocation
  • bird surveying
  • project clearance surveys
  • annual monitoring
  • guzzler maintenance
  • monitoring endangered species

Qualifications:

  • positive attitude
  • able to hike long distances
  • willingness to learn new skills
  • clean driving record
  • loves the outdoors
